Released on November 19, 1996, Foxy Brown's first solo album debuted at number seven
on the national Billboard charts. By February 12, the album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association
of America (RIAA), and it went on to sell a total of more than 1.5 million copies. After partnering with Blackstreet on the
hit lead single "Get Me Home," Foxy released a second succesful single, "I'll Be," which was certified gold by the RIAA in
May of 1997
Released on July 17, 2001, Foxy Brown's third studio album, Broken Silence, sold 130,688
copies in its first week to debut at number five on the Billboard 200. After four weeks on the charts, the album was officially
declared Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), having sold 500,000 copies. The critically acclaimed
Broken Silence spawned four singles: "BK Anthem," "Oh Yeah," "Candy," and "Tables Will Turn." The album marks Foxy’s
emergence as a serious lyricist; she penned almost all of the disc’s seventeen tracks. Nearly one million copies have
been sold to date.

Released on January 26, 1999, Foxy Brown's sophomore effort debuted America (RIAA), and it
went on to sell a total of more than 1.5 million copies. The lead single "Hot Spot" was a dance club smash, followed by "I
Can't," Foxy's collaboration with R&B group Totalat number one on the national Billboard charts, selling more than 179,000
copies in its first week in stores. With Chyna Doll, Foxy became the first female rapper to debut at number one. By
March, the album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of
